Legendary British rock band The Who have been confirmed as the final headline act for the Isle of Wight Festival 2016, as a UK festival exclusive!
Having last headlined the festival all the way back in 2004, the Saturday night headliners have since celebrated their 50th anniversary by going on an extensive world tour. They will now be topping it all off by making a welcome return to Seaclose Park.
Roger Daltrey and co. have a huge back catalogue to their name, including a mega nine top 10 studio albums and a number of popular singles including Pinball Wizard, Happy Jack, I’m A Boy, Baba O’Riley and My Generation. It’s safe to say, they’re performance this June is going to be a true hit-fest!
Also confirmed is Richard Ashcroft, who will be performing as a special guest before The Who.
