Celebrating the best of British music, the Isle of Wight Festival organisers have today revealed the next 5 acts performing at their Seaclose Park event.
First up is Britpop band Ocean Colour Scene, who are celebrating the 20th anniversary of their UK number 2 album Moseley Shoals by performing it in its entirety at the Isle of Wight Festival 2016. It has been confirmed that the band will be performing on the Big Top stage.
They will joined by rockers The Kills, who are looking forward to playing their first Isle of Wight Festival show, as part of their summer festival schedule which also includes the mega Coachella Festival. British rock legends Status Quo have also been confirmed for the festival. They will be playing hits from their huge back catalogue, including global mega hit Rockin’ All Over The World.
Also confirmed today are Yorkshire-indie-rockers The Cribs and rock supergroup Mike + The Mechanics, who last performed at the festival on the Main Stage in 2011.
