Happy Friday! The team at Solo have announced 10 more acts appearing at the Isle of Wight Festival, due to take place between 9th and 12th June.
First up are rockers Feeder, who are no strangers to the festival having last played back in 2012. They will be joined by Liverpudlians Cast, who will be showcasing their sixth album, and Mercury Prize nominated outfit Everything Everything.
Also confirmed are Reef, who will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of their hit Place Your Hands, as well as fellow rockers Turin Brakes. Alabama 3, who performed the theme for hit HBO programme The Sopranos, will also be performing at Seaclose Park.
Completing today’s announcement are blues-rock guitarist Joanne Shaw Taylor, Blossoms, who were named on the BBC Sound of 2016 list, Sunset Sons, who performed a smashing set in the Big Top last year and rock ‘n’ roll band The Second Sons.
They join the previously announced headliners Queen with Adam Lambert, Stereophonics and Faithless, with the Saturday night headliner still under wraps.
Tickets are available at www.isleofwightfestival.com or in-store at the Isle of Wight County Press shop in Newport.
