Victorious Festival Is Back… And It’s Bigger And Better Than Ever Before!

Since moving to Southsea Common from The Portsmouth Historic Dockyard just last year, Victorious Festival, taking place on 29th and 30th August, sees yet another batch of world class artists grace the south coast, performing in front of thousands of fans. Last year, the festival attracted over 70,000 attendees over the weekend and headline performances from Dizzee Rascal and Seasick Steve, this year, the organisers gone even further.

This year’s event boasts headline performances from The Flaming Lips and legendary Kinks’ frontman Ray Davies. They will be topping a bill featuring 9 different music stages to ensure you won’t be stuck for something to do. Also performing on the all-new Common Stage are Primal Scream, Super Furry Animals, The Fratellis, The Darkness and very special afternoon appearances from Texas and Laura Mvula. The Castle Stage will play host to rap-star Tinie Tempah, Basement Jaxx, Johnny Marr, Ella Eyre, Mystery Jets and We Are Scientists, amongst many others!

There is also plenty for younger members of the family to see and do with entry to some of the seafront’s top attractions included in the price of the ticket! Your Victorious Festival ticket allows you free entry into the D-Day Museum, Southsea Castle, Blue Reef Aquarium and Southsea Skate Park. In addition to this, there will be an all-new Kids Arena located within the festival where youngsters will be treated to performances from Mr Bloom and the Octonauts, as well as the opportunity to meet Peppa Pig.
